In order to use Skype you first have to have both you and another computer user have a camera with sound capabilities. I suggest a Quick Cam which you can purchase online for as low as $30 directly from Logitech it's maker.You can also purchase them at any reatil store that sells computer-related products.

Attach them to a USB port on both computers, run your software to install, and then go to the Skype sight, and download their software. Make sure you download their free software and follow their instructions. After loading the software, you are ready to call each other for no cost, as long as you call computer to computer.
